You can easily switch between multiple merchant accounts from within your dashboard. This is helpful for businesses who have brands in different markets or agencies that manage multiple accounts across their clients.

You can start creating new merchants by first creating a new account if you don't already have one.

When creating a new account

In the sign up screen when creating a new account, you will be navigated to a merchant setup view. Create the first merchant account by filling in the required details.

If you would like to have more than one merchant in your account, click the merchant context right chevron button at the top left of the navigation bar to create a new merchant ('Create merchant').

As a real-world example, you could manage a variety of brands under one account or multiple localized merchants for your international customers. Every localized merchant can have different products, payment gateways, and integrations enabled.

Once you click 'Create merchant', you will be navigated to a merchant setup screen similar to when you're setting up a new account. Similarly, fill out the required details and click 'Next' for the merchant to be saved.

Switching merchant context

To switch merchant context, simply follow the same flow by clicking on the right chevron button at the top left of the navigation bar. The current merchant will be the last created or last context before logging out. The other merchants will be listed in the popup dropdown list. To switch to another merchant, simply select the merchant in the dropdown list.

Any settings and resource changes will pertain to the current merchant that is in context.

Billing multiple merchants

Irrespective of how many merchants you have, each merchant account will be billed individually.
